What Is The Best Hitch Carrier For 2 80lb Electric Bikes

We have two E-bikes that weigh around 80lbs each. I am trying to identify the best hitch carrier. It needs to handle two bikes and the associated weight. Hollywood appears to have one that may work but it is right at the weight limit. Any recommendations? Perhaps an alternate dirt bike rack or motorcycle rack? Thanks

In order to safely travel with 2 E-bikes weighing 80lbs each, I'd go with the Hollywood Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR. This is an excellent choice as the maximum tire width is 5" on this rack and will accommodate most any electric bike. It is also the highest weight capacity bike rack that we offer.
This 2 bike rack has a weight limit of 80lbs per bike, which you would probably meet. If so, you could remove the batteries from your E-bikes in order to drop the weight under the bike rack limit (most electric bike manufacturers recommend you remove the battery when transporting to reduce the risk of damage).
The Hollywood SE # HLY84FR mentioned above utilizes a 2" hitch; if you have a 1 1/4" hitch, I recommend the Hollywood Sport Rider SE Bike Rack For 2 Electric Bikes # HLY74FR. This bike rack safely carries 80lbs per slot just like the one mentioned above, but can use 2" or 1 1/4" hitch.
You may want to look into a Hollywood Bike Frame Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO. This would make it easier to load and unload bikes with oddly shaped frames, and also makes traveling safer and more secure.
