Can a ST175/80-13 Tire Be Used in Place of a ST185/80-13 Tire
Question:
I have a hybrid camper that has ST185/80R13 tires on it. The camper weighs 3,000 lbs. I can not find an exact replacement. Any suggestions? Thanks,

I do have an option for you but we only offer a ST185/80-13 tire in a bias ply construction. This is not a very common size so I suggest using a ST175/80-13 tire instead which is offered in a radial ply construction. A ST175/80-13 tire will be .7" smaller in diameter and .4" smaller in width than a ST185/80-13 tire therefore will most likely work in place of one another.
For this, I recommend the Karrier Radial Trailer Tire part # AM10210 which has a load range D (1,610 lbs per tire) and speed rating M (81 mph). The tire also comes with a 2-year warranty. I have attached a review video for you as well.
