Recommended Curt Weight Distribution System for Trailer with 922 lb Tongue Weight
Question:
Is this hitch to big or too much for a camper with a toung weight of 922lbs. Trying to add in around 200lbs firewood in bed of truck most will be in front of bed camper weighs 8400lbs

The tongue weight range of the Curt weight distribution system part # C17063 that you referenced is 1,000 to 1,400 lbs. If you are at 922 lbs you'd be too light for this setup. This would give you a pretty rough ride. The better option is the # C17062 which has a tongue weight range of up to 1,000 lbs. This will work well for you and will provide you with a much smoother ride quality.
