Is Stabilization Strap Required for Curt Trailer Hitch on a 2018 Nissan Rogue  

Question:

Is the Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap required for the Curt 13204 Class 3 Trailer Hitch? Trailer hitch will be used for an Allen 2inch 4-bike only load 3 tilting bike rack, a 24x60 folding Curt Cargo Carrier, and a 2inch Darby Extend-A-Truck Hitch Mounted Load Extender. If so, only one? For: 2018 Nissan Rogue SV Thanks!

Yes. Curt does require stabilization strap # 18050 when using trailer hitch # C13204 for anything other than a trailer. Only one strap is required but you can use more than one if you wanted to.

Or you could avoid having to use straps completely and install Draw-Tite hitch # 75902. Draw-Tite does not have any sort of strap requirement like Curt does.
