The Draw-Tite 75315 hitch has been discontinued, but is only a fit for Ford Full Size Vans. It will not fit a Ford Truck.
For your 1968 Ford Truck, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class III # 41001 which is a confirmed fit. I've attached a video of this installation on a 1978 Chevy but the installation is the same.
