Hitch Recommendation for a 1976 Ford F150 with a Deep Drop Bumper

what is a roll pan bumper? I have sent a photo of mine. is this a bumper. it doesnt measure 10 inches.

A roll pan bumper is a bumper that basically makes the rear bumper look as if it does not stick out further than the rest of the truck and that is molded into the rear of the truck. Its basically a cosmetic modification that you see on a lot of lowered and/or show trucks.
What you have is definitely a deep drop bumper. Check out the FAQ article I attached on bumper types for you to check out.
With that being said, you will need a hitch designed for trucks with deep drop bumpers like the Curt Hitch # C13099. I attached installation instructions for you to check out.
