In regards to transmission coolers, the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets # D13502 is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Provided that you have a 4.0L V6 Engine 246 C.I 4WD this cooler is not an entry level device.

I have also attached a link to the chain hangers that we have for weight distribution systems. If you can let me know what weight distribution system you have I can make a specific recommendation on chain hangers.

In regards to the towing capacities, check with your owners manual to confirm but most 2016 Toyota 4Runners have a towing capacity of 5000lbs. It looks like your 2016 R-Pod M-178 has a dry weight of around 2500 pounds, please confirm with your owners manual. If you weigh your trailer manually, it is best to weigh it while its fully loaded, like you're about to travel. If you choose to use a scale to determine tongue weight, I recommend the etrailer scale # e99044.

Do you have the exact model of your Reese brake controller? I need that in order for me to find the correct wiring harness that is a confirmed fit for both your brake controller and your 2016 Toyota 4-Runner. If so can you provide me with that information?
