Replace 1 anti-rattle bolt and lever on your Hollywood Racks Road Runner hitch-mounted, hanging-style bike rack for 2" hitches. It helps to reduce bike rack bounce and rattle during transport.
Works as expected. Overall the Hollywood Rack is difficult to work with and not well thought through. This part is to tighten against hitch. Problem is in tightened position the lever at end can end up pointing towards road, thereby exposing it when rear car bottoms out on some roads/driveways.
