Looking for a ball mount for a 2 inch receiver and at least 14k tow capacity for use with my RV.

For a high capacity 2 inch ball mount I recommend looking at a Gen-Y # 325-GH-515.
This particular one is rated up to 16,000 pounds and offers up to 10 inch drop or rise. Then for a tongue weight scale, should you need one, use part # e99044.
