Knowing the weight capacity of your axles is a good first step in determining if the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA will fit your Logan 7903 LQ. You will also need to know the mounting flange bolt pattern on your axle, your wheel size and the dimensions of your drum. These brake assemblies have a 5-bolt mounting flange pattern, fit 14-1/2", 15", 16", and 16-1/2" wheels and are 12" diameter x 2" wide.

You would need mounting hardware # BRKH12 to install these. I've added links to video reviews and an install for you to take a look at.

There is a bit of difference between the # AKEBRK-7-SA brake assemblies and the Dexter # 23-464-465 that you referenced, though only slight. The Dexter assemblies are rated for 7,000 lb axles and 14.5" to 16" wheels while the etrailer kit is rated for axles that are 5,200 lbs, 6,000 lbs, and 7,000 lbs with 14-1/2", 15", 16", and 16-1/2" wheels. I've added a link to a video review of the Dexter kit for you to take a look at.
