Typical Trailer Lug Nut Diameter and Thread Pitch

Question:

Hello I am unsure if lug nuts for trailers that are 1/2inch all have the same thread pitch. Mine is 1/2inch and the thread is under the number 20 thread checker tool i have. Will this Item # CE11051 fit on my trailer?

Trailer wheel lug nuts that are 1/2-inch inside diameter typically have a 20-TPI thread pitch (20 threads per inch). Most lug nuts also use a 60-degree-coned profile like # CE11051, but a 90-degree like # STN569 is also available for 9/16-inch studs. All lug nuts we offer are displayed on the linked page. I also linked our main page for all wheel accessory items.

These size hubs most likely have 1/2" studs that work with 1/2" lug nuts like the CE Smith # CE11051, although it doesn't hurt to measure to be sure.

You almost assuredly have 1/2" bolts on your 3,500 pound hubs, so 1/2"-20 lug nuts like # LHLR103 should work really well.
