Need information which solid lowering bracket I need. Hard to check the car. 2017 chevy spark 2017 thor 23U 20 20 inch top of receiver hole to ground looks like maybe a 8 to 10

To determine the correct high-low adapter you are going to need to know where the base plates on your 2017 Chevy Spark will be. If you do not have the base plates yet they do look to be very close in height to the fog lights and if you measure from the middle of those lights to the ground that will give you an approximation of the correct amount of drop you'll need instead of a blind guess.
