I have a Curt Q20 hitch and need the easiest installation kit to put it in my new-to-me 2016 Ram 3500 long bed with factory air suspension.

The best 5th wheel rail kit option for your 2016 Ram 3500 long bed with factory air suspension is the Curt custom kit # C16430-204. This kit requires no drilling into the frame and so will take less time to install, about 4 hours. An install video is linked for you.
For a wiring harness you can use # C56000 from Curt, which plugs right in at your existing bumper-mounted 7-way.
