It sounds like you might be bit overwhelmed with the amount of options available for your 2018 Ram 3500, which I can certainly understand!

For your particular setup I highly recommend the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16546 along with the Custom Rail Kit # C16430-204. This is an excellent hitch that features a 2-jaw locking system for 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact. What this actually does is not only provide an extremely secure connection with the trailer, but it also helps to create a really smooth ride during travel. Other hitches with a lesser jaw design cause a lot of movement and rattle while towing which just leads to a loud, uncomfortable experience. This hitch will provide the exact opposite.

The head on the Q24 also features a unique spherical axial bearing that allows the head to easily pivot in any direction. This adds to the ride quality but also helps with hookup since you don't have to line the truck up exactly right each time.

The Q24 has a robust 24,000 pound towing weight capacity, letting you take full advantage of your 3500's specs, and the 12" front to back slider travel will give you the needed cab clearance during sharp turns.

The Custom Rail Kit also mentioned includes custom mounting brackets that will use existing holes in the frame rails of your Ram so you don't have to drill into them. This makes for a much simpler (and quicker) install process.
