Mounting Pro Series Slider Hitch in a 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 Short Bed with Factory Puck System
Question:
I just made a truck upgrade from a 2015 2500hd to 2017 3500hd with a factory fifth wheel mounting plate. I have the 16k pro series slider RP30051 and RP50066-58 rail kit. What do I need to mount my hitch in my news truck? Both are 6 1/2foot boxes. Thanks

To use your Pro Series slider hitch # RP30051 in the factory prep package on your 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 short bed you will need an adapter. Assuming that the prep package also includes the center gooseneck ball hole you can use adapter # DM6194. I have included a link to a video review of this adapter for you.
