You can order a different set of hitch balls to use with the 180 Hitch 2-Ball Mount w/ Stainless Balls # LTB10-25.

This ball mount comes with a 2" and 2-5/16" hitch ball combination, but that can be swapped out with part # TB03 for a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball combination.

I do have a solution for you from Fastway, but the Flash E Series HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # FA42-00-2925 that you referenced does not have the option to use a 1-7/8" hitch ball. We do have the Fastway Adjustable 3-Ball Mount w Stainless Balls # DTALBM7025-3S which has a max 10" Drop and a max 11" Rise. It is set at a higher price point but it comes with 3 different hitch ball options which have different weight capacities: 2-5/16" Ball: 10,000 lbs 2" Ball: 8,000 lbs 1-7/8" Ball: 3,500 lbs One great thing about this ball mount is that it has an anti-rattle shank to help make your towing experience much more smooth.

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…
