The Roadmaster Stowmaster, part # RM-501, has a maximum weight capacity of 6,000 pounds. From my research your 2005 Jeep Wrangler weighs, at the most, just under 4,000 pounds. So you should have no problem towing your Jeep.

The base plate kit we carry for an 05 TJ that fits with the Stowmaster is the EZ4 # RM-521424-4. This will work on your Jeep as long as you have a standard front bumper and don't have front leaf springs. I've attached the install details.

To wire the Jeep's lights to work with the RV I recommend # RM-15267. It includes everything you need and will install a 6-way connector at the front of the Jeep and a cord to connect it to the RV's 7-way.

You'll also need a braking system. I like the idea of the permanent installs like the Stay-IN-Play DUO, part # SM99251, because once it's installed you don't have to set it up each time you tow. You'll also need a Brake-Lite Relay, part #RM-88400, to keep the Jeep's lights from overriding the RV's.

Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.

In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
