Recommended Hitch Mounted 2 Bike Rack with Best Bang for the Buck

Can you confirm if you have RRRBC045? Also, for cost to value, would you think thats the best bang for your buck, or would it be another rack? Need 2 bikes on it. Thanks!

The Rhino-Rack 2 Bike Rack - 2" Hitches - Tilting # RRRBC045 is a nice bike rack with a tilt away feature for cargo access as well as a more sturdy design with reflectors. It doesn't come with any locks, but does come with an anti-rattle pin. This is a very nice bike carrier for the cost and I think you will really like it.
For any hanging bike rack, I also recommend the Softride Soft Hook-and-Loop Tie Down for Bike Racks # SR54FR to secure the front wheel and the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 to create a top frame rail for level transport and ground clearance.
