Adapter Needed to Convert Thule T2 Bike Rack to 2 inch Hitch form 1-1/4 inch Hitch

Question:

Hello, just to confirm that if I want to use my T2 XT pro on a 2” receiver, I need part number HT02, correct? The only other option is replacing the entire 1.25 shank for the 2” from my understanding. Thule is OK with using the HT02 application for this correct? If so, watch lockable hitch pin do you recommend? The T2 will be locked to the 1.25 side of the HT02, but I need to lock the HT02 to the receiver. For reference, could you also provide me with the 2” shank that I could purchase for the T2 XT Pro if I wanted to go that route? Thank you!

For the version of the Thule T2 bike rack that you have TH9035XT the only solution you have is the # HT02 since a replacement shank isn't currently available. For a hitch lock to use with this I would go with the # 63232 which also acts as an anti-rattle device.
