Trailer Hub That Uses Bearings LM11949 and LM67048
Question:
I put on new electric brakes on my trailer, the mount had the four bolt backing plate, and realized the hub/drums that were on there were only for hydro brakes so i need new drums. the innner diameter of my innner bearing is 1.25in and the inner diameter of the outer bearing is .75in as measured with my electronic caliper. there was no number i could see stamped on the bearing, it is on a tandem axle tilt bed trailer with 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern.

Both replacement trailer brakes and hub/drums should be selected based on the axle weight rating.
The best way to select replacement hub/drums is to pull one of the hubs and remove its inner and outer bearings to obtain their part numbers. This is the easiest method to find a compatible hub. When not available measurements can be used but these need to be very precise, to the nearest thousandth of an inch, such as 1.234-inches.
We do carry one bearing with an inside diameter of 0.75-inches, part # LM11949, which is typically rated for a 3K axle. We have several bearings with an inside diameter of 1.25-inches, all shown on the other linked page. These bearings are typically found on a higher-rated axle, one in the 5K to 8K range.
None of our 5-on-4-1/2-inch bolt pattern hub/drums use these bearings but we do have one 5-on-4-1/2 idler hub, part # DX22XR, that does use bearings # LM11949 and # LM67048.
