From what I can find online, it appears that your 1956 Cadillac Coupe Deville is between 4500 and 5100 lbs. If you are not on the heavy end of the spectrum then, the Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 5,000 lbs # C19745 would work, but I recommend taking your car to a scale to confirm. For your safety cables, I recommend # RM-645.

We don't have confirmed fit parts for your flat tow system because this is so unusual a flat tow vehicle, however, I have some suggestions for you of the products I would use.

For wiring, I suggest the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267.
For your supplemental braking system, I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR. You will need a 12V outlet like # RM-9332 for this system.

To tow your Cadillac level, I recommend the adjustable ball mount like the Convert-A-Ball Dual-Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount - 7" Rise to 9-1/2" Drop - 5,000 lbs # CAB-UM along with 2 inch ball # 63845.

If you have further questions, let me know.
