Can Convert-A-Ball Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount, # CAB-UM Be Used in the Rise or Drop Position
Question:
Can the horizontal part of the hitch the part that slides into the tow vehicles receiver, NOT the part that the ball is attached to be used safely in either position if you are using the hitch in a DROP POSITION? Lets say for simplicitys sake, can the tip of the Lfoot shaped piece be either up or down while towing a trailer in the MINIMUM postion? Thanks in advance for your time!
