Availability of Replacement Screw for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Rear Legs

Question:

I need to replace a rear leveling jack. I dont need the motor or the sand shoe. I just need the leg itself. Actually, what I need is the screw in the center of the leg that makes the leg lift or lower. The top of the head broke off this weekend while traveling. Another traveler saw the leg had ped down and was dragging the ground. He flagged us down and told us the leg was hanging down. I get this all the time because Highland Ridge has the jacks to far back on the 427 BHS. Ours is a 2015 model and we drag the jacks going in and out of driveways and parking lots all the time. Anyway, I stopped, thinking all is well, but to my surprise the jack had ped and was dragging the ground. I took the leg apart today and the top of the screw was broken off at the place the pin passes throught he top of the screw. which is just beneat the motor housing. My motor is fine I just need a new scew to move the leg up and down. Is that a part that can be ordered and if not can I just order a leg without the motor? Thanks,

I spoke with my contact at Lippert who said that there are no replacement parts for the rear jacks of the Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC358590.

You will need to replace the whole leg which might not be a bad idea anyways since you said they installed incorrectly and keep getting damaged. We offer both Left # LC305339 and Right # LC344792 side rear legs for you to choose from.
