I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC358590. The first thing you are going to want to do is check for blown fuses on the control board. If the fuses are good to go then you will want to make sure there is not a binding issue within the jack leg. To do this you will want to use the manual override feature on the top or bottom and make sure there is no resistance when turning. If there is resistance then the leg will need to be replaced with the Replacement Right Rear Leg for Lippert Components Ground Control part # LC344792.

If there is no resistance when using the manual override on the jack leg then we are going to want to check all of the electrical connections to the jack leg and control board. If all connections appear to be secure then switch the right rear and left rear pigtails that lead into the control board. If the problem jack works when switched at the control board then the issue is likely the control board itself and will need to be replaced with the Replacement Control Module for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System part # LC304136. If the problem jack still does not work with the pigtails switched then the issues is most like with the motor and it will need to be replaced with the Replacement Hall Effect Motor for Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System part # LC343758.
