Will Nearest Bike on Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack Clear the Front of 2015 Ford F-150 with Curt Front Hitch
Question:
Can the adjustable hook be used to secure the top tube of the bike frame instead of the front wheel? Also, will a bike fit on the platform closest to the vehicle if installed on a front mount receiver Curt front mount receiver hitch purchased from etrailer.com of a 2015 Ford F150?

On the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Tilting - Gunmetal Gray Item # NV22G the wheel hooks can only go on the front tires of the bikes.
To determine if the closest bike will fit at the front of your 2015 Ford F-150 with Curt front receiver # C31083 there are some measurements needed. On the bike rack the distance from the center of the pin hole to the center of the nearest wheel cradle is about 12 inches. Measure the width of the bike at the widest point and divide by 2 to get half.
On your hitch measure from the center of the hitch pin hole out 12 inches and subtract half the width of the bike. If you end up with anything higher than zero then the bike will clear the front of the truck.
