Can I Carry E-Bikes On My 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL

It will depend on which 2018 Jeep Wranger JL you are referring to. If it is the 4-door version, you may be able to use the the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # HLY84FR. You will need to add a hitch extender. The spare tire on your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL interferes with the installation of this hitch bike rack, unless you have an extender.
I recommend the Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers - 8" Long. part # C45791. With this hitch extender installed, you will be able to use the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE. The 4-door version of your Wrangler has a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs. Leaving you with a maximum tongue weight of 350 lbs. When you add a hitch extender you reduce the maximum tongue weight by 50%. In this case, it will be 175 lbs. The rack weighs 54 lbs, leaving you with 122 lbs for your bikes. Please keep in mind, most e-bike manufacturers recommend the removal of the battery while you transport the bike.
The hitch extender is not a solution for carrying e-bikes if your Wrangler JL is a 2-door. The maximum gross trailer weight of this model is 2,000 lbs, making the maximum tongue weight 200 lbs. Adding a hitch extender will reduce this weight to 100 lbs.
