How To Level A Trailer Load On A 2014 Chevrolet Silverado While Using A 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 and I tow a fifth wheel camper and/or a 30 hp tractor once a month. I am looking to keep my vehicle level while towing without changing the ride while not towing. The tow weight is within Chevys recommendation but the rear of the vehicle sits lower than I am comfortable with while pulling the trailers.I am hoping to make this change as low cost as possible. Please make a suggestion.

I have a great option that will help level the rear of your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado while towing without affecting the ride quality. For this, you will want to use a set of jounce springs. I recommend using the SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs Kit part # SSR-209-40.
The SumoSprings are a great way to level the load on a vehicle without compromising quality as they are made of a light duty polyurethane that is designed to support the added weight of the load over the rear axle while also providing a comfortable ride.
I have attached an installation video of the SumoSprings on a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for you.
