For a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 towing a 3,200 lb boat and trailer I'd go with the SumoSprings part # SSR-209-40 as it provides an additional 1,000 lbs of suspension support. I attached an install video for this as well. You might think that the higher the spring capacity the better but if you go too high you end up with a very rough ride.
