Have a 16039 Curt for Ford F350 long bed, factory puck type mount. Looking at a new GMC 3500 Sierra long bed, is there a set of legs to make my hitch head fit the new truck

Yes, you can take the head of your current hitch # C16039 and install it on the leg kit part # C16025 and it will fit the factory rail kit of your 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 with factory rail kit.
