Suggestion: Add a QR code on packaging instructions for customers to scan with their phone that links them to your installation video on UTube. etrailer is the first go to place for my truck towing needs.
Great price, Fast shipping. The packaging was pretty much destroyed when it was delivered. This is the second one I have purchased so I kinda expected that. Unfortunately the hardware was missing along with the lube plate. I had a lube plate from another set up I have and Lowes is just down the street from me so I was able to purchase the hardware the same days. etrailer is hard to beat.
Excellent product arrived in good shape! Don’t worry about the packaging they take good care and the product is made of steel which is pre-assembled with the parts that allows you to put it right in the back of your truck!! Other than the weight it took us about 30 minutes to install it was a breeze. We towed our new fifth wheel 560 miles back home and it was awesome!
The Curt Q 25 is a great hitch. It came from etrailer within 2 days The reason I am not giving it a 5 star is that the packaging was open in one corner and I am missing a bolt. I never had a chance to inspect it since it was dropped off by the carrier without notice. (We we’re home)
Shipping was free and fast. Wish it would of had an “owners manual”. I located a pdf file online and printed a hard copy. Hitch seems well built, installation wasn’t too hard, and I am satisfied overall.
The hitch is great but very disappointed in the packaging! It’s sad that you have a decent product that becomes so unsightly and damaged because of poor packaging! Everyone knows these are heavy pieces and everyone knows that all the big shippers don’t do very good job with things that are cumbersome ever. I for one would have paid extra for a crate that would have protected the powder coat and rubber handle along with the hardware that was missing. But it was only a thousand bucks! After a day of sanding (painting not to match) and going for hardware it will ok.

Fantastic service and very fast delivery
Super fast shipping. Hitch arrived today and I installed it in about 30 minutes. The box it arrived in was beat up but the hitch was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. It’s very sturdy and all the hardware is top grade. I will be making more purchases from etrailer.
I have not towed with this yet but it looks to be a tough hitch. I did couple and uncouple my camper and it works very well a little more forgiving than the super glide in my other truck. As with all the reviews I read shipping package for the legs was completely demolished but the legs were okay a little beat up

Had recently purchased a 2017 F-350 with the factory underbed 5th wheel/gooseneck mounts. My old hitch would not work with this system. Received some advice from Troy on the available hitches and ordered the Q25. Arrived at 10am yesterday, took me about 1.5 hours to install. The instructions were very clear. I followed the instructions for measuring the height of the hitch for establishing a level ride for the trailer. The problem then was insufficient clearance for the bed rails. Had to unbolt and rebolt the hitch to the legs on the center bolt holes. The only minor complaint is access to the bolts for tightening. Especially an issue when I had to use the center holes. Connecting and disconnecting to the trailer was very easy. 4 stars only because of the bolt issue.

Very easy hitch to use! Also like the ease of removing the hitch to use the full bed of the pickup. Can remove by myself but is definitely easier with two people. Great hitch!

Use this hitch in a 2017 F350 Dually using factory puck attachment to tow a 20,000 41 Ft trailer. Very easy to hitch and unhitch trailer, and tows with little chucking and popping. The ability to remove the top portion with four pins makes it a one-person job to install and remove the hitch from the bed of the pickup.
The color coded locking indicator makes hitching nearly fool proof.
You can spend a lot more, but I don’t think you would actually get a better hitch.

My experience would have easily been rated 2 stars, but the responsiveness
of etrailer support, quick resolution, and the consideration that you can't hurt a hitch made from 1/4" steel, all culminated in a satisfied customer.
The hitch head and feet were shipped in the factory boxes. These are not structurally capable of handling the abuse of UPS/Fedex. The result was a gaping hole in the side of the hitch head box, causing all the mounting bolts to be lost. The box containing the feet had torn through the packing tape, but it fared much better.
I contacted etrailer regarding the missing bolts. Without any hassle, replacement bolts were shipped out right away.
The hitch itself is solid, and the video review is very comprehensive of the hitch operation and features. I look forward to testing it out in the next few weeks!
Accidents will happen in shipping, it is the responsiveness of etrailer that has made me a return customer.
This hitch has been very good no sloppiness easy to operate. Fits in the pickup quick. I’m 67 years old and it’s light enough when separated in two pieces ( which is easy to do ) that I can lift it in and out by my self. Happy customer

It’s great
So far I like this hitch. It is easy to use and you probably don't have to read the instructions to use it. That is it is intuitive. I was able to install the unit by myself even though the complete unit is heavy. I moved the parts into the truck bed in pieces and assembled it there. I found the plate assembly had to be removed in order to torque the bolts to the side brackets. My only concern is the ease for anyone to remove and take the clips and pins. Hopefully not. The other issue is the hitches box was pretty much destroyed when I received it and the legs, packaged separately, were not packed securely. Even though, the only damage was some paint scraping.
Work very well. I have no problems hitching or unhitching my Montana 5th wheel trailer. The hitch is sturdy and seems very stable. The 2 piece design makes is easy to remove from the bed when not in use.
Looks very well made,easy to install, I'll be putting it to the test using it commercially.
I have only used this once so far, to move my dad's camper to a different spot in the campground. It worked as advertised and as expected. I love the puck system install in my F350 and the ease of installation/removal of the hitch. The adjustments took a few minutes to get all of the locking handles just the way I wanted them but still wasn't bad at all. I would highly recommend this product, there are cheaper hitches out there but you get what you pay for and Curt is a proven brand sold by a proven retailer in etrailer.com.
Purchased a CURT Q 25, looks like a good solid product. Asked whats the difference between the Q 24 & Q 25. Brint responded within a day. even though the Q 25's weight rating says 24,000 lbs. it's really 25,000 lbs. 3 million huge staples in the box & the handle was still able to poke through the box. I was told it was on back order for over a month, but it still showed up within a week of ordering it. Great tracking system!!!!
This hitch is very hard to engage. My other hitch I just backed into it and it connected. The curt I have to playing with to make sure it's exactly lined up, right hight or it won't lock in
