Recommended 5-Pole Trailer Wiring Harness for 2004 Volkswagen Jetta Wagon
Question:
My car has a corroded 4 flat wishbone connector that needs to be replaced. I see you sell the trailer side wishbone type but the car side has the reverse pin/hole arrangement. While my trailer has a standard 4 flat connector, my car has a 4 flat wishbone connector with 5 wires Do you carry such a connector?

I do have a solution for you, however we do not currently have a wishbone harness available for the vehicle side.
For your 2004 Volkswagen Jetta Wagon, I instead recommend using the Tekonsha Circuit Protected ModuLite Kit # 119177KIT. This is a hardwire kit that will provide a new 5-Flat connector at the rear of your vehicle. This is not a wishbone harness, however you can simply splice the two tail light wires on the vehicle to the brown wire on this harness and it will work the same way.
I have attached the installation details for you to check out and linked to a video showing a typical install.
