Recommended Back Up Camera To Help With Trailer Hookup
Question:
Do you have those gizmos that connect to your trailer hitch and guide you to connect it to your truck while you are backing the truck toward the trailer?

Expert Reply:
We have back-up cameras that help guide you when you are backing up to connect to your trailer.
The camera I recommend is the Hopkins Smart Hitch # HM50002. This camera features color-coded displays that indicate the distance from objects and work great for lining the vehicle up to a trailer. This system has a 3-1/2 inch color monitor that has a button that allows you to go from Hitch mode to Everyday mode.
I have attached a link to an installation video that shows how the camera can be used when hooking up a trailer.
