Will Installing Curt Hitch Require Cutting Bumper of 2017 Toyota Camry?

I would like to make sure whether Curt C12107 hitch will fit 2017 Camry SE perfectly without cutting or modifying the bumper. Thanks!

I can confirm for you that the bumper on your 2017 Toyota Camry will remain unmodified after installing Curt hitch # C12107. If you take a look at the install video I've linked, you'll notice that the bumper stays as it was before the installation.
Keep in mind that Curt requires the use of stabilizer straps, # 18050, with this hitch to keep the warranty in tact with non-trailer loads, which are things like bike racks and cargo carriers. I've added links to a pair of videos showing you how the straps would be used.
