Grille Guard and Winch Carrier for a 2017 Ford F-550
Question:
Can you please advise of the components/ part #s needed for a grille guard and winch compatible unit for 2017 Ford F-550? We are an up fitter in NC installing for a FD brush truck. Thank you in advance.

Bulldog Winch has a grille guard that is confirmed to fit a 2017 Ford F-550 Cab and Chassis. You get it in either Black # BDW733647B or Chrome # BDW733647. If you are needing headlight guards too we have them for both Black # BDW726647B and Chrome # BDW726647 as well.
For a winch carrier we have a few different options that will work with this grille guard. The Winch Carrier # BDW733600 is rated for 9,500 lbs, part # BDW733601 is rated for 12,000 lbs, and part # BDW733604 is rated for 15,000 lbs.
You will want to check the FD trucks to make sure that they do not have any modifications to the OEM chassis or body to ensure that this equipment will fit properly. I am not entirely sure if emergency vehicles like that need to be modified to certain specifications or not.
