Would this trailer hitch work to pull a 19 foot inboard engine boat with my 328 BMW wagon?

This Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver with Drawbar - Custom Fit - Class I, part # C11174, has towing capacities of 200 lbs tongue weight and 2000 lbs maximum gross trailer weight.
You will need to consult the owners manual of your 1999 BMW 328 wagon to see what BMW recommends as towing capacities.
You must always go with the lowest towing capacity of all of the components in your towing setup as your overall towing capacity.
If you find that the 19 foot inboard boat and trailer weighs less than the towing capacities of your setup then you could use this hitch on your vehicle to pull your boat.
