Will Lippert Landing Gear Fit Trailer with Weld Stop Brackets of Different Dimensions
Question:
You say the distance between the two brackets needs to be 17 1/2 inch for the LC333964 system to fit my 20Cougar 5th wheel. The distance between mine is only 15 1/4 from the bottom to the top of the brackets. Thats the outside measurement, not the inside as you show on your diagram, Do I need to remove the brackets and have them welded to fit the 17 1/2? Thanks

The Lippert landing gear part # LC333964 that you referenced can fit a trailer that has weld stops that are at a different dimension. Basically you would just have to have yours moved and rewelded.
