The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch # 75882 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit the 2015 Dodge ProMaster 2500, as long as it is not the EXT model. This Draw-Tite Hitch does provide the highest tongue weight capacity of 750 pounds and towing capacity of 6,000 pounds available for trailer hitches confirmed to fit this vehicle. I have attached an installation video on a 2014 ProMaster 2500 for you to check out.
This trailer hitch does not include a wiring harness. If the van does not have the factory tow package, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118618. This will install a 4-way trailer connector on the ProMaster by plugging directly into existing wiring behind the trim panels in the cargo area on the driver and passenger sides. I have included the installation details for your review.
For a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit includes two ball mounts, one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and and another with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes both a 1-7/8 inch and 2 inch hitch ball. I have included an article that will help you determine the correct ball mount for your setup if the included ball mounts in the kit are not sufficient to tow the trailer level.
