What is the rating on the installed valve stem and what type of lug nuts should be used?

The valve stem specs are specifically listed but the highest load capacity tire that fits these wheels is a 225/75-15 load range D rated for 65 psi so based on that 65 psi is what I would stick with. The wheel # TTW550550WS1 takes regular 60 degree cone lug nuts such as # CE11051.

I went out and grabbed a CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut #CE11051 from our warehouse to measure it and found that it would take a 13/16 inch socket to tighten/loosen it.

Yes an ST20575D15 tire will fit on a 15 x 6 inch wheel #AM20404. Any given tire size has a range of wheels it will fit. For this particular tire size it will fit 15 x 5, 5-1/2, 6, or 6-1/2 inch wheels. A 15 x 6 inch wheel #AM20504 would be ideal.
