How To Determine Torque Setting For Lug Nuts On Disc Brake Hub

Question:

Lug Bolt Markings - Proper Torque Greetings, I would like to find out what the proper specs are for a lug bolt that has 6 hash marks on the perimeter and a letter M in the middle of the head with a bar over the top. I would also like to find out the proper torque setting for this bolt. Any other details about this product would be appreciated. This is on a Titan Disc Brake assembly. Can you help?

I have attached a chart that has the torque settings for lug nuts. The torque settings are based on the lug size, type, wheel size, and material. The 6 marks you have on the lug means it is a grade 8 high strength lug bolt.

For example, for a 15-inch steel wheel secured with a 1/2-inch lug bolt use a torque range of 90 to 120-ft-lbs.
