That C at the end of the tire size indicates the Load Range. That's not always included when people list tire sizes so that may be why you have seen the size written two different ways.

For your trailer I recommend tire # 274-000012 which I really like because it has a higher speed rating at 75 MPH and has a 2 year roadside assistance program. It's actually a D rated tire but still the correct size.
