I need to know if a Reese Sidewider part # RP61450 is compatible with a 2008 Springdale RV with a Lippert pin-box model 1621.

I have found the Sidewinder pin box that will fit a Lippert 1621. However, the Reese # RP61450 that you referenced is not a replacement for the Lippert 1621.

The Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin # RP34FR is the confirmed replacement for the Lippert model 1621 pin box. The Reese pin box is rated a 16,000 lbs and will move your 5th wheel's pivot point 22 inches to the rear of the of your tow vehicle.
