Compatibility of Reese Custom Quick-Install Base Rails RP50082-58 and RP56005-53 With Hitch RP30033
Question:
I recently purchased a 5th wheel RV trailer 07 Chaparral 269BHS. As part of the deal the owner is giving me his Reese 30033 5th wheel hitch. I need a mounting kit for it. I have a 04 F250 long bed. The kits your site recommens are 56005-53 and 50082-58. I need to know which one is compatible with the Reese 30033. And would also be compatible with the Andersen AM3200 as I would eventually like to upgrade to this receiver.

Helpful Expert Reply:
Both of the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rail Kits, part # RP50082-58 and part # RP56005-53, are compatible with the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30033 and the Anderson Ultimate Connection # AM3200.
They will both fit on your 2004 Ford F-250 as well, the main difference is just the length of the base rails. The kit # RP50082-58 uses more standard rails, while the kit # RP56005-53 uses extended-length rails.
Either one of these base rail kits will work well for your application.
I have attached links to some installation videos and a demonstration video as well.
