2010 Chevy Express 2500 Trailer Wiring Fit
Question:
My question is in regards to the 4 wire t-harness. My 2010 express had a harness hardwired to the brown, green and yellow wires plus a screwed in ground when I bought it. The connector was broke, so I wanted to wire up a new one. I did it, but I dont get 12volts are the plug when the flashers are on, so it wont operate my trailer lights. It basically shows millivolts on my voltmeter. I was going to buy your plug and play harness, but Im wondering how that is going to help me out anymore than it being sliced to the individuals wires?

Are the taillights of your 2010 Chevy Express Van still functioning like normal? If so, then the T-One harness part # 118392 will work and function the taillights of your trailer.
It's hard to say what's going on with your current setup, but if the taillights of the vehicle are working fine yet the trailer wiring isn't that normally indicates a wiring issue.
