2008 Chevy Express 3500 4-Way Trailer Wiring Recommendation
Question:
Bought van used. Looks like there is a trailer package, but the plug in located in the frame has been removed. Cannot get a reading on my multi-meter on any of the wires and not sure what to do next. Maybe it would be a good idea to use your part #118392 and abandon the factory wiring. The inside of the van has finished panels, but they can be removed to install the wiring. Would you recommend this installation? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Easiest solution is going to be to wire in the part # 118392. Trying to track down why factory wiring isn't complete can be a headache, and since this wire kit installs by simply plugging in line with the factory taillights it will also install very easily.
