Ground Clearance with Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch on 2014 Honda Odyssey
Question:
Looking to install the Draw-Tite 76025 on a 14 Odyssey. The video says this model has better ground clearance than the two alternative Class III hitches, but I cant seem to find the actual specs. Videos for the alternative hitches start with measurements showing 12.5 and 13 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver. What is that measurement for the 76025? Thanks!

The measurement from the ground to the top of the hitch receiver on the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 76025 for your 2014 Honda Odyssey is 13-1/2 inches. This is a great Class III trailer hitch with a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of 525 pounds. You will want to also check the weight capacities as listed in your vehicle's owner's manual as this will most likely be the limiting factor. I have included the installation video and written instructions for your review.
If you are interested in a bike rack to go with your trailer hitch, I recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR. This is one of our most popular bike racks and is a great hanging rack that can hold up to 4 bikes. The rack can also be tilted away from your vehicle after the bikes are unloaded for easy rear cargo access. I have included a video demonstration of this rack as well as a link that takes you to our bike rack selection for you to check out.
