I have the Equalizer sway control set up on my truck /trailer. I am looking for the pins that hook the bar onto the clamp on the trailer.

Yes, I would recommend keeping the bolts of the #AP233 lubricated. An easy way to do this is to use wet bolts like part #126B2 which have a zerk fitting that allows for easy application of grease to them.
