Do I need to lubricate the bolts on the ap233 and my new springs? Thanks

Yes, I would recommend keeping the bolts of the # AP233 lubricated. An easy way to do this is to use wet bolts like part # 126B2 which have a zerk fitting that allows for easy application of grease to them.
