Sewer Hose Carrier Availability 15 Inches Long

I need one of these to be 15inch long. Do the end caps come off to shorten up the pipe?

The Valterra EZ Hose Carrier - 26 - Black # A04-0150XBK, does not have removeable ends. The ends screw into a molded pipe. This is the smallest carrier we have and all of the carriers are sealed like this to prevent seeping. There is the possibility you could take a portion out of the middle and use a coupler or sealant from a local hardware store to get the length you desire.
