I did some research and found that your boat is 18-ft 9-inches long. You did not say if your trailer has brakes included which will make a difference when installing the wiring.

If you do not have brakes on the trailer and you only need wiring for the lights I recommend part # A35W42B. This is a 35-ft long harness and it has a 4-way flat trailer connector included. This is a wishbone harness that means the running light is split at the connector and the brown running light wire is run along with each turn signal wire. This is the easiest way to run the wiring.

If your trailer has brakes I recommend using the jacketed 7-way wiring, part # DW04914-1. This is sold by the foot so you will need to know how much wiring you need to complete the job. Since this is jacketed wire it is protected but you will need to decide how you want to secure the wire to the frame as you are installing it.

You can use clamps like part # A0500 and the Self Drilling Hex Screw, part # 101131802. Or you can use frame clamps like part # 464600 if your trailer has an I-beam frame.

For the 7-way wiring I also recommend using a junction box like part # 38656. For the 7-way trailer connector you can use part # A10-7W6.

I have attached a link to a helpful article that explains trailer wiring you can check out.
