When deciding if to use tire cables or chains you must consult the owner's manual of your vehicle for any restrictions or limitations. Some manufacturers will outright state that the use of cables or chains my cause damage that could void your vehicle's warranty. Although a manufacturer might discourage the use of chains, you need to follow the chain laws of the state you will be traveling through during winter conditions.
If you decide to use chains or cables, the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, # PW2029C, that you referenced are confirmed to fit the 245/55-R19 size tires on your 2016 Acura MDX. These cable chains are SAE Class S compatible chains. The Class S rating means the these chains are designed to be used with vehicles that have clearance issue between the wheel and the wheel well of the vehicle.
The SCC Cable Chains ZT735, mentioned in your owner's manual, are a specific make and model of chain cable that we do not carry. However, we do carry a chain that is very close to this model chain. The Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, # PW2029C, are a Class S compatible cable chain. Theses cable chains are also a confirmed fit for the 245/55-R19 tires that are on your 2016 Acura MDX.
